Allow me to support you in gaining clarity, learning new tools, and building momentum to be the version of you that you want to be.

As a therapist specializing in mental health, addiction recovery, trauma, relationships, and family dynamics, I have been helping adults, adolescents, couples and families navigate the challenges of life for the past twelve years of clinical experience. Drawing from my experience as an addiction counselor since 2015, 5 years as a therapist, my personal journey of recovery for 13 years, I have developed a unique and integrated therapeutic framework that empowers my clients to discover the root cause of their problems. As my client, I will guide you to your truth rather than trying to impose my ideas of what I think is best for you.

Individual therapy focuses on helping you understand yourself more deeply, heal from past and present challenges, and build healthier ways of coping, relating, and living.

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, repair trust, navigate conflict, and reconnect in ways that feel more secure and meaningful.

Family therapy works to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create healthier patterns so everyone in the family system can feel heard and supported.

A compassionate relationship built on trust and supportiveness is the most essential foundation of any therapy experience. We take time to get to know you, build rapport, and hold space for difficult experiences.

We will help guide you into deepening your insight into your values, needs, and goals, so you can move forward with improved clarity and vison.

We use research supported evidence based practices that are proven to help you reach your goals, and explain them along the way to expand your personal tool kit.

We know managing work, school, family, and other responsibilities requires your attention. We will work with your schedule to find the best time for you to get the support you need.
No pressure, no commitment, just an initial conversation and
curiosity around exploring what supporting you could be.

We were never meant to figure out life alone. Help and support is available. If you’re struggling with difficult feelings, behaviors, or fully satisfying relationships, let’s have a conversation.
